摘  要:以丙烯酰胺为单体(AM)、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,在聚丙烯酰胺/聚吡咯(PAAm/PPy)导电水凝胶中引入聚天冬氨酸(PASP),通过一锅法制备了PAAm/PPy/PASP复合导电水凝胶,探讨了PASP对复合导电水凝胶力学性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明,在PAAm/PPy导电水凝胶中引入PASP,不仅能够提高复合水凝胶的导电性能,而且能够显著改善其力学性能。当PASP含量为10%时,所制备的复合导电水凝胶综合性能最好,电导率达到1.19S/m,断裂伸长率由110%提高到了633%,拉伸强度由55kPa增大到了117.5kPa;在应变为400%时,灵敏度(GF)可达1.88。将复合导电水凝胶作为应变传感器应用于监测人体运动的研究结果表明,无论是手指弯曲的大应变还是喉咙吞咽的小应变,传感器都表现出较高的灵敏度、稳定性和可重复性。Polyaspartic acid(PASP) was introduced into polyacrylamide/polypyrrole(PAAm/PPy) conductive hydrogel by using acrylamide(AM) as monomer and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(MBA) as crosslinking agent.The effects of content of PASP on the mechanicalproperties and electrical conductivity of the hydrogel were systematically investigated.The introduction of PASP not only improved the conductive properties of the hydrogel,but also effectively improved its mechanical properties.The hydrogel showed the best comprehensive performance when the content of PASP was 10%.The electrical conductivity was up to 1.19 S/m,the elongation at break increased from 110% to 633%,and the tensile strength improved from 55 kPa to 117.5 kPa.The gauge factor(GF) was up to 1.88 at the strain to be 400%.The strain sensors based on the hydrogel demonstrated reliable monitor of repeated large strains and subtle vibrations,including the movements of finger joints and throat.
