四川省环境与经济发展质量评估体系建立及耦合协调度分析

摘　　要：为探索四川省区域发展协调性,引入环境与经济“质量”指标建立了更全面的评估体系,以耦合协调度为评价指标,从不同时间、空间、类别对四川省及21个地市(州)环境与经济耦合协调发展状况进行评估。结果表明,四川省环境质量与经济发展质量耦合协调性整体较好,且正逐步迈向更高层次的协调发展,耦合协调度与经济发展质量趋势具有较高的一致性,良好的环境质量能进一步提高协调性,经济发达地区具有较高的耦合协调度,同时对周边产生较强的带动作用。综合实力强、弱的城市间协调性发展差距有进一步扩大的可能。In order to explore the coordination of the regional development in Sichuan Province,a more comprehensive assessment system was established with environmental and economic"quality"indicators.Based on the assessment index of the coupling coordination degree,the coupling coordination development of environment and economy in Sichuan Province and its 21 cities were evaluated from the aspects of time and space as well as category.The results showed that the coupling coordination of environmental quality and economic development of Sichuan Province was better overall,and it was gradually moving towards a higher level of a coordinated development.There was a high consistency between the coupling coordination degree and the economic development quality trend.The good environmental quality could further improve the coordination.The economically developed areas had a higher coupling coordination degree.In addition,these areas could also improve the surrounding areas.The gap of the coordinated development between strong and weak cities might be further increased.
