热敏灸联合头部经络梳理对脑卒中康复期患者眩晕的临床护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸联合头部经络梳理对脑卒中康复期患者眩晕的临床护理效果。方法:选取2020年11月-2021年10月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的120例脑卒中康复期眩晕患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组应用常规护理干预,试验组应用热敏灸联合头部经络梳理护理。对比两组护理总满意率、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分与护理前后Berg平衡量表(BBS)、头晕障碍量表(DHI)评分。结果:护理3周后,试验组护理总满意率、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率、护理前BBS与DHI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理3周后,试验组BBS评分高于对照组,DHI评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中康复期眩晕患者应用热敏灸联合头部经络梳理护理,可提高机体平衡性,改善生活质量,改善眩晕症状,且不良反应发生率低,应用安全性高,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical nursing effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with head meridian combing on vertigo in patients with stroke rehabilitation.Method:A total of 120 stroke rehabilitation patients with vertigo who admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with head meridian combing care.The total nursing satisfaction rate,incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life scores and Berg balance scale(BBS)and dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The total nursing satisfaction rate and post-nursing quality of life score in the experimental group after 3 weeks of nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions,BBS and DHI scores before nursing between two groups(P>0.05).After 3 weeks of nursing,the BBS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the DHI score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with head meridian combing nursing to vertigo in patients with stroke rehabilitation can improve balance of body and quality of life, and can effectively improve symptoms of vertigo, the adverse reaction rate is low, and the application is safe, it’s worth of promoting.
