摘 要:无创通气在呼吸机序贯撤离中广泛应用于临床,但对于不同疾病类型和危重度的患者,其撤机效果存在差异性,且应用过程中受患者咳痰力量、呼吸肌耐力、人机适应性的影响较大。近年来无创通气联合高流量氧疗、无创通气联合体外膈肌起搏治疗等方式,极大地提高了患者的撤机成功率,在实施撤机过程中,应对患者进行充分评估,制订个体化的撤机方案。Noninvasive ventilation in sequential evacuation of breathing machine widely uses in clinical,but for different disease types and critically ill patients,the ventilator effects exist differences,and the application process is greatly affected by the patient’s expectoration strength,respiratory muscular endurance and man-machine adaptability.In recent years,some new way of joint noninvasive ventilation weaning have greatly improved the success rate of patients’weaning,such as non-invasive ventilation combined with high-flow oxygen therapy,and non-invasive ventilation combined with external diaphragm pacing therapy.In the process of ventilator weaning,patients should be fully evaluated and individualized weaning plans should be formulated.
