摘 要:介绍了对羟基苯乙酮的应用和主要合成方法,重点介绍了醋酸苯酯经Fries重排反应合成对羟基苯乙酮的催化剂类型、影响因素和过程强化措施。Lewis酸、Br nsted酸、三氟甲磺酸盐、离子液体等均相催化剂催化效率高、工艺相对成熟,但用量大、回收率低。分子筛、杂多酸等非均相催化剂很好地克服了均相催化剂的缺点,但失活快、催化效率低。反应温度、溶剂种类、催化剂种类和能量供给方式均能影响醋酸苯酯Fries重排的反应效率和产物分布。p-Hydroxyacetophenone(p-HAP)continues to be one of the widely used and important fine chemicals.Herein,the applications of p-HAP and its three synthesis routes were presented.The catalyst types,influencing factors and process strengthening measures via Fries rearrangement reaction of phenyl acetate(PA)were introduced in detail.Lewis acid,Br nsted acid,trifluoromethanesulfonate,and ionic liquids have been recognized as efficient homogeneous catalysts with relatively mature process,albeit with the drawbacks of large dosage and low recovery rate.Heterogeneous catalysts such as molecular sieves and heteropoly acids could restrain the shortcomings of homogeneous catalysts despite the disadvantages of quick deactivation and low efficiency.The temperature,solvent,types of catalysts as well as energy supply method could affect the reaction efficiency and product distribution of Fries rearrangement of PA.
