摘　　要：描述了煤间接液化的生产工艺,其粗产品经加氢精制后具有硫、氮、烯烃和芳烃含量低,正构烷烃含量高等特点,是生产高端白油的优质原料。与传统石油基油品为原料加工白油技术相比,煤间接液化产品生产高端白油具有工艺流程短、操作简单、生产成本低、产品质量高等优点;其中精制减二线、精制减三线、裂化减二线和裂化减三线可以直接作为原料进行高端白油的加工,精制尾油和裂化尾油可用于生产高粘度牌号的白油产品,为了催化剂性能的稳定,在使用前需要脱除原料中的杂质。煤间接液化产品生产高端白油加工技术的探讨为高端白油的生产提供建议和技术指导。This paper describes the production process of indirect coal liquefaction.After hydrofining,the crude products have the characteristics of low sulfur,nitrogen,olefin and aromatics content and high n-alkanes content.They are an excellent raw material for producing high-end white oil.Compared with technology of the traditional petroleum base process,it has the advantages of short process,simple operation,low production cost and high product quality.The products of refined second line,refined third line,cracking second line and cracking third line can be used as raw materials for white oil products.Refined tail oil and cracking tail oil can also produce white oil products of high viscosity grades.To stabilize the performance of the catalyst,the impurities in the raw materials need to be removed before use.Discussion on production of high-end white oil from indirect coal liquefaction can provide suggestions and technical guidance for the production of high-end white oil.
