摘  要:以二水合草酸与硝酸银为原料,通过沉淀法制备草酸银,采用TG、XRD、XPS对产物进行表征分析。并以乙苯为底物,草酸银为催化剂,在空气气氛下催化氧化乙苯制备苯乙酮,考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量和氧化剂类型对催化氧化反应的影响。结果表明,当反应温度120℃、反应时间36 h和催化剂用量1.5 g时,以氧气作为反应气源,乙苯转化率达到30.50%,苯乙酮选择性达77.67%。该Ag_(2)C_(2)O_(4)催化剂容易分离,能循环使用,具有较好的应用前景。Silver oxalate is synthesized by precipitation method using oxalic acid dihydrate and silver nitrate as raw materials,and characterized and analyzed by means of thermogravimetric(TG),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)to confirm the successful preparation of silver oxalate materials.Then,the catalytic oxidation reaction is carried out under air atmosphere with ethylbenzene as the substrate and silver oxalate as the catalyst.Under this reaction system,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst amount and oxidant type on the catalytic oxidation reaction are experimentally investigated,and the optimal process conditions for the reaction are analyzed and derived.The results showed that when the reaction temperature is 120℃,the reaction time is 36 h,and the catalyst dosage is 1.5 g,the conversion of ethylbenzene reached 30.50%and the selectivity of acetophenone reaches 77.67%.This Ag_(2)C_(2)O_(4) catalyst is easy to be separated and can be recycled,which improves the utilization efficiency of the catalyst and has a good application research prospect.
