摘 要:采用生命周期评价(LCA)方法,对我国稀土储氢合金材料从摇篮到大门的标准体系架构与应用进行了研究,目前原材料标准和化学成分测试标准较为完善,主要产品LaNi_(5)和La-Mg-Ni系储氢合金的国家标准已经发布实施,但材料性能测试方面仅有压力-组成等温线(PCI)测试国家标准和电化学容量测试行业标准,而且从内容的完整性和系统性考虑有必要进一步修订。更重要的是缺乏稀土储氢合金材料的评价标准,不利于标准体系的建立和完善。针对稀土储氢合金材料标准的现状,建议尽快确立测试评价标准体系建设方案及其工作计划,通过制订/修订相关标准争取用3年时间形成完善的稀土储氢合金材料测试评价标准体系。The standard architecture and application of rare earth hydrogen storage alloys from cradle to gate were studied by life cycle assessment(LCA)method.It is found that raw materials,auxiliary materials and chemical composition test standards are relatively perfect and the national standards of LaNi;and La-Mg-Ni hydrogen storage alloy products have been enacted.However,only the national standard for pressure-component isotherm(PCI)testing and the industry standard for electrochemical capacity testing are available for the material properties.It is necessary to revise them further considering the content integrity and systematism.More importantly,the lack of evaluation standards for rare earth hydrogen storage alloy materials is not conducive to the establishment and improvement of the standard system.In view of the current situation of rare earth hydrogen storage alloy material standard,it is suggested to establish the construction scheme and work plan of the test and evaluation standard system as soon as possible and try to form a perfect test and evaluation standard system of rare earth hydrogen storage alloy material within 3 years by formulating/revising relevant standards.
