摘 要:轻稀土矿预分萃取法Nd/Sm新工艺由预分萃取段、预分洗涤段和预洗水相Nd/Sm分组构成。研究结果:5级预分萃取段的出口水相La-Nd轻稀土分离纯度>99.99%,5级预分洗涤段的出口有机相Sm-Lu、Y中重稀土分离纯度>99.995%;只有轻稀土矿的4.2%稀土量进入级数较多30级的Nd/Sm分组中分离,其出口水相出口有机相的分离纯度均可>99.99%。该方法稀土矿处理量大,能耗低,且新工艺的萃取槽体积大为减少,工业生产易于控制。The new Nd/Sm grouping process for light rare earth ore by pre-separation extraction method is composed of pre-separation extraction section,pre-separation washing section and the Nd/Sm grouping in outlet aqueous phase in the pre-separation washing section.The results are as follows:The separation purity for La-Nd light rare earth in the outlet aqueous phase of the 5-stages of pre-separation extraction sections is higher than 99.99%,for Sm-Lu,Y medium and heavy rare earths in the outlet organic phase of the 5-stages of pre-separation washing sections higher than 99.999%;Only 4.2% of light rare earth ore is separated in the Nd/Sm grouping with more 30 stages,its outlet water phase and outlet organic phase separation purity can be higher than 99.99%.This solves the problem in controlling the neodymium content in medium and heavy rare earths in the traditional Nd/Sm grouping for light rare earth ore.The volume of the extraction tank of the new process is greatly reduced,and the consumption of acid and alkali is also reduced.And industrial production is easy to control.
