摘 要:为解决数控机床的精度优化设计问题,以数控内圆复合磨床为例,在分析磨床结构参数和运动形式的基础上,基于多体系统理论建立了磨床的空间运动误差模型。基于建立的空间运动误差模型,利用区间数学理论,定义了区间扩张因子,研究了该磨床涉及到的36项几何误差对空间运动误差的区间灵敏度作用规律,将区间灵敏度分析结果表示为矢量图形式,得到随着磨床运动轴的变化,各个几何误差对空间运动误差的影响。定义了各误差灵敏度指标在全域内的最大值,经过计算得到了全域最大区间灵敏度分析的归一化结果。最后,利用三坐标测量机对磨床进行两种不同补偿策略后,对所加工出来的两个轴类零件的三个高度的圆度误差分别进行了测量,验证了所提出的灵敏度分析方法的正确性,为后续的精度优化设计奠定了基础。In order to solve the problem of precision optimization design of CNC machine tools,the spatial motion error model of CNC internal cylindrical compound grinder is established based on the theory of multi-body system based on the analysis of the structural parameters and motion form of the grinder.Based on the space motion error model is established,using the theory of interval mathematics,defines the interval expansion factor,study the grinder involved 36 geometric error of space motion error sensitivity of the interval,the interval sensitivity analysis results are represented as vectors form,get along with the change of the grinder movement axis,the effect of various geometric error on space motion error.The maximum values of each error sensitivity index in the whole region are defined,and the normalized results of the sensitivity analysis of the maximum interval in the whole region are obtained.Finally,the three coordinate measuring machine is used to carry out two different compensation strategies on the grinding machine,and the roundness errors of the three heights of the two shaft parts are measured respectively,which verified the correctness of the sensitivity analysis method proposed,and laid a foundation for the subsequent precision optimization design.
