摘 要:齿轮的换向过程造成齿轮系统工作情况的恶化,不利于齿轮润滑的保持。为探究非对称齿轮在换向工况下的润滑性能,采用多重网格法对非对称聚合物齿轮进行了换向工况下的瞬态弹流润滑分析,比较了非对称齿轮和对称齿轮在换向工况下的弹流润滑特性以及非对称齿轮在正向运行与换向运行情况下的弹流润滑特性,分析了换向过程中不同形式的转速变化以及冲击对非对称聚合物齿轮在换向工况下的瞬态弹流润滑的影响。结果表明,齿轮在换向工况下换向点润滑油膜厚度大幅减小,是齿轮润滑失效的危险点。非对称齿轮能改善换向过程的润滑性能,换向过程中的正弦减速后正弦加速的变速形式对换向工况下的齿轮弹流润滑性能更为有利,冲击会对非对称齿轮换向时的润滑状态造成不利影响。Reversing of the gear causes the deterioration of the working condition of the gear system and is unfavorable to the maintenance of gear lubrication.In order to explore lubrication performance of asymmetric gear under reversing working conditions,transient elastohydrodynamic lubrication performance of asymmetric polymer gear reversing conditions is analyzed with multiple grid method.The elastohydrodynamic lubrication properties of the asymmetric gear and symmetric gear under the reversing working condition are compared.The elastohydrodynamic lubrication properties of asymmetric gear under the condition of forward and the reversing operation is comparatively analyzed.The effects of different forms of rotational speed change and the impact on transient elastohydrodynamic lubrication performance of asymmetric polymer gear under the working condition of reversing is analyzed.The results show that under the reversing condition,the thickness of lubricating oil film decreases greatly at the reversing point,which is the dangerous point of gear lubrication failure.Asymmetric design of gears can improve the lubrication performance during reversing operation.The sinusoidal deceleration and sinusoidal acceleration in the reversing process is more favorable to the elastohydrodynamic lubrication performance of the gear than other forms of speed variation under the reversing condition.The impact is not conducive to the lubrication of asymmetric gear under reversing condition.
