中医药防治肝癌的传承创新

摘　　要：研究团队基于肝癌防治的临床难题开展相关基础与临床研究,在继承以毒攻毒,创新改善再生;继承扶正祛邪,创新维护生发;继承辨证论治,创新病因病机;继承整体治疗,创新髓为中心等方面获得若干进展,至少包括将“以毒攻毒”的防治理念推进到“无毒攻毒”和结合改善肝再生微环境防治肝癌的新理念;将扶正祛邪方法推进到维护生机的方案,整合“精准治疗”与“网络调控”防治肝癌的知识体系;发挥整体辨证论治优势的同时,强调紧抓“髓失生肝”病因病机的关键环节,针对“髓”为中心的治疗靶点,采用基于“补肾生髓成肝”治疗法则改善肝再生微环境结合综合治疗方案提高中医药防治肝癌的能力与水平。Based on the clinical problems of liver cancer prevention and treatment,our research team has carried out relevant basic and clinical research,and has made some progress in the following aspects:Inheriting the philosophy of fighting poison with poison,innovating to improve regeneration;Inheriting the strengthening of the body and eliminating pathogens,innovating and maintaining“the liver governing growth”;Inheriting syndrome differentiation,innovating the etiology and pathogenesis;Inheriting the idea of holistic treatment,innovating the treatment target centered on the"marrow",etc.The progress includes at least advancing the prevention and treatment concept of"fighting poison with poison"to"fighting poison without poison"and combining with the new concept of improving the microenvironment of liver regeneration to prevent and treat liver cancer;advancing the method of strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens to the plan of maintaining vitality,and integrating the knowledge system of precise treatment and network control and prevention of liver cancer.While giving full play to the advantages of syndrome differentiation and treatment,it emphasizes the key link in the etiology and pathogenesis of"marrow stem cells failing to transform into liver cells",aiming at the"marrow"as the center of the treatment target,using the treatment principle based on"tonifying the kidney to promote liver regeneration and repair by affecting stem cells and their microenvironment"to improve the microenvironment of liver regeneration combined comprehensive treatment plan to improve the ability and level of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat liver cancer.
