摘  要:在高速公路隧道内的机电设备运行监测过程中,远距离无线电(LoRa)通信由于使用扩频技术,在提高抗干扰能力的同时,也降低了频带利用率。在监测存在较多高频分量的风机故障时,其有限的传输带宽会限制采样频率,影响故障诊断的准确度。针对这个问题,主要研究了风机故障监测系统中的自适应传输速率技术。自适应传输速率要求根据振动烈度判断设备上的监测点是否存在异常,进而调整传输数据量,为调整传输速率提供理论支持。通过信道估计并结合传输数据量自适应选择LoRa传输速率,实现利用有限带宽资源尽可能多地传输关键信息。仿真实验表明,该系统利用最大传输速率为62.5 kbit/s的LoRa传输模块,可以监测到最高频率达2.8 kHz的风机振动信号。系统满足隧道风机故障诊断的数据要求,能够有效解决传输带宽限制采样频率的问题。During the operation monitoring of electromechanical equipment in expressway tunnel, long range radio(LoRa) communication not only improves the anti-interference ability, but also reduces the frequency band utilization due to the use of spread spectrum technology.When fans with many high-frequency components are monitored by the fault monitoring system, the sampling frequency will be limited by LoRa’s limited transmission bandwidth, so the accuracy of fault diagnosis is affected.In order to solve this problem, adaptive transmission rate technology in fan fault monitoring system is studied.In the adaptive transmission rate, the amount of transmitted data is adjusted to determine whether the monitoring point on the equipment is abnormal by vibration intensity, which provides theoretical support for adjusting the transmission rate.The LoRa transmission rate is adaptively selected through channel estimation and combined with the amount of transmitted data, so as to use limited bandwidth resources to transmit as much key information as possible.Simulation results show that the system can detect fan vibration signals with the highest frequency of 2.8 kHz by using LoRa transmission module with the maximum transmission rate of 62.5 kbit/s.The system can meet the data requirements of fault diagnosis of tunnel fan and effectively solve the problem of sampling frequency limited by transmission bandwidth.
