姚魁武教授“从寒论治”心系疾病的经验总结

摘　　要：姚魁武教授擅长从寒论治心系疾病,认为寒邪致病有感邪于外者,有伤正于内者,不管是外寒或(和)内寒都是促进心系疾病发生的重要病理因素之一,临证诊疗善“从寒论治”心系疾病,且收效显著。寒邪致病具体表现在“寒邪收引阻脉络”“寒邪凝滞损气血”“寒邪久留伤元阳”三方面。治疗时重视“从寒论治”的病机,须细察标本虚实转化,灵活变通,因病调制,通过营卫并重治其和、气血同调治其通、燮理阴阳治其本等治法,做到和营卫、通气血、固阴阳,三者兼顾,则五脏元真通畅,人体安和,寒邪自除,并附一则验案加以佐证。Modern medical doctors mostly treat hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease and other cardiac diseases from stasis, dampness and deficiency, without knowing that the generation of stasis, dampness and deficiency is closely related to “cold”. Prof. Yao Kuiwu believes that cold causes disease both externally and internally.Whether it is external cold or(and) internal cold is one of the important pathological factors that promote the occurrence of cardiac diseases, clinical diagnosis and treatment is good “from cold theory of treatment” of cardiac diseases, and the results are remarkable. The specific manifestations of the disease caused by cold evil are “cold evil leads to block the veins and collaterals”, “cold evil stagnates and damages the qi and blood”, and “cold evil stays for a long time and hurts the yuan and yang”. When treating the disease, we should pay attention to the disease mechanism of “treating from cold”, examine the transformation of deficiency and reality of the symptoms, be flexible and modulate the disease, and treat its harmony by treating both Ying and Wei, regulating Qi and Blood together, and treating the essence by supernaturalizing Yin and Yang, so as to achieve the harmony of Ying and Wei, Qi and Blood, and consolidate Yin and Yang, and take the three into account, then the five organs will be smooth, the body will be peaceful, and the cold evil will be removed. A test case is attached to support this.
