摘　　要：通过搜集历代及现代医家临证经验,总结出代赭石具有以下特点:1)临床汤剂为13.8〜74.6 g,常用剂量为10〜30 g,散剂为2.07〜4.14 g,外用剂量为0.828 g。2)结合病种、证型、症状选择其最佳剂量,如降逆和胃、化痰止呕治疗胆汁反流性胃炎、呕吐等,用量为10〜74.6 g;平肝降逆治疗高血压、惊风、失眠等,汤剂为15〜30 g,散剂为2.07〜4.14 g;消肿止痛治疗眼赤肿闭合等,外用为0.828 g。3)为发挥其最佳功效,常根据病种、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如和胃降逆、化痰止呕常配伍旋复花、半夏等;平肝降逆常配伍磁石等;消肿止痛常配伍石膏。By collecting the clinical experience of ancient and modern doctors,it is concluded that haematitum has the following characteristics:(1) Its clinical dosage range in decoctions is 13.8-74.6 g,and its usual dosage range is 10-30 g,in powders 2.07-4.14 g,while for external use 0.828 g.(2) The best dosage of haematitum should be determined according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For example,when used for harmonizing stomach for descending adverse qi,dissipating phlegm and relieving vomiting in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis,vomiting,etc.,its dosage range is 10-74.6 g.For suppressing hyperactive liver for descending adverse qi in the treatment of hypertension,infantile convulsion,insomnia,etc.,its dosage range in decoctions is 15-30 g,while in powders 2.07-4.14 g.For detumescence and relieving pain in the treatment of redness and swelling of eyes,etc.,its dosage for external use is 0.828 g.(3) In order to give full play to its best effect,haematitum is often combined with corresponding traditional Chinese medicines according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,for harmonizing stomach for descending adverse qi,dissipating phlegm and relieving vomiting,it is often combined with inula flower,pinellia tuber,etc.For suppressing hyperactive liver for descending adverse qi,it is often combined with magnetite,etc.For detumescence and relieving pain,it is often combined with gypsum,etc.
