夏枯草的临床应用及其用量探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出夏枯草具有以下特点:1)临床用量为7.4-120 g,汤剂为9〜120 g,常用量为10〜30 g,丸、散剂为7.4〜10.8 g。2)根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如化痰散结治疗甲状腺疾病、恶性肿瘤、各种良性结节等,汤剂为10〜120g,散剂为7.4g;解毒消肿治疗各种疮疡、各种炎症,汤剂为15〜60g,丸剂为7.4g;清肝泻火治疗高血压、胆囊炎、三叉神经痛等,汤剂为9〜30g;清肝明目治疗结膜炎,汤剂为10〜15g,散剂为10.8g。3)根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如化痰散结常配伍半夏、牡蛎、贝母;解毒消肿常配伍金银花、蒲公英;清肝泻火常配伍龙胆草、天麻、钩藤;清肝明目常配伍决明子、菊花。By collecting the clinical experience from ancient medical books and of modern physicians, it is concluded that common selfheal fruit-spike has the following characteristics:(1) Its clinical dosage range is 7.4-120 g, in decoctions 9-120 g, and its commonly used dosage range is 10-30 g, in pills or powders 7.4-10.8 g.(2) Its best dosage should be selected according to different diseases, syndrome types and symptoms. For instance, when used for dissipating phlegm and resolving masses in the treatment of thyroid diseases, malignant tumors, various benign nodules, etc., its dosage range in decoctions is 10-120 g, while in powders is 7.4 g. For removing toxicity for detumescence to treat various sores and inflammations, its dosage range in decoctions is 15-60 g, while in pills is 7.4 g. For clearing liver-fire in the treatment of hypertension, cholecystitis, trigeminal neuralgia, etc., its dosage range in decoctions is 9-30 g. For removing liver-fire for improving eyesight in the treatment of conjunctivitis, its dosage range in decoctions is 10-15 g, while in powders 10.8 g.(3) According to different diseases, syndrome types and symptoms, common selfheal fruit-spike is compatible with corresponding traditional Chinese medicines. For example, for dissipating phlegm and resolving masses, it is often combined with pinellia tuber, oyster shell and fritillaria. While for removing toxicity for detumescence, it is often combined with honeysuckle bud and flower, dandelion. For clearing liver-fire, it is often compatible with gentian, tall gastrodia tuber and gambir plant nod. For removing liver-fire for improving eyesight, common selfheal fruit-spike is often combined with cassia seeds and chrysanthemum flower.
