肉苁蓉的临床应用及其用量探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古医书及现代医家临证经验,总结出肉苁蓉具有以下特点:1)临床汤剂用量多为6〜30g,常用剂量为10〜30 g,丸剂用量多为0.5〜3.35 g。2)结合疾病、证型及症状,选择其最佳剂量,如补肾壮阳治疗男科疾病(早泄、少弱精症)、妇科疾病(多囊卵巢综合征、痛经、不孕、带下)、精神疾病(精神分裂症)、神经系统疾病(帕金森病)等汤剂用量为6〜30g,丸剂用量为0.5〜3.35 g;补益精血治疗痿病和眼睑下垂,汤剂用量为10〜15 g;润肠通便治疗消化系统疾病(老年性便秘、习惯性便秘),汤剂用量为15〜30 g。3)为发挥其最佳功效,常根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如补肾助阳常配伍淫羊藿、牛膝、巴戟天等;润肠通便常配伍甘草等。By collecting the clinical experience from ancient medical books and modern doctors, it is concluded that desertliving cistanche has the following characteristics:(1) Its dosage range in clinical decoctions is mostly 6-30 g, and its common dosage range is 10-30 g, while in pills mostly 0.5-3.35 g.(2) Its optimal dosage should be selected according to different diseases, syndrome types and symptoms. For instance, when used for tonifying the kidney and strengthening yang in the treatment of male diseases(premature ejaculation, oligospermia), gynecological diseases(polycystic ovary syndrome, dysmenorrhea, infertility), mental diseases(schizophrenia), etc., its dosage range in decoctions is 6-30 g, while in pills 0.5-3.35 g. For nourishing essence and blood to treat flaccidity diseases and ptosis, its dosage range in decoctions is 10-15 g. For clearing intestines and facilitating feces excretion in the treatment of digestive system diseases(senile constipation, habitual constipation), its dosage range in clinical decoctions is 15-30 g.(3) In order to give full play to its best effect, it is often combined with corresponding traditional Chinese drugs according to different diseases, syndrome types and symptoms. For example, for tonifying the kidney and strengthening yang, it is often combined with epimedium herb, twotoothed achyranthes root, morinda root, etc. For clearing intestines and facilitating feces excretion, it is often combined with liquorice root, etc.
