摘　　要：目的探讨刺络放血联合红光照射在踝关节周围骨折局部肿胀治疗中临床应用及疗效评价。方法按照随机数字表法将98例踝关节周围骨折患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组49例采用西医基础治疗法,观察组49例在对照组治疗基础上配合刺络放血联合红光照射治疗,2组均连续治疗5日。观察2组治疗后踝关节肿胀值、疼痛评分、术前等待时间、平均住院日及手术相关并发症发生情况,比较2组临床优良率及治疗方案的安全性。结果观察组踝关节肿胀值、疼痛评分、术前等待时间、平均住院日及手术并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组优良率为79.59%,高于对照组的48.98%(P<0.05),2组治疗过程中未发生针刺不良事件及药物过敏反应。结论刺络放血法联合红光照射用于踝关节周围骨折术前,能够快速镇痛、消肿,有效解决术前疼痛严重、术前等待时间长及手术并发症多等问题,临床疗效明显优于单纯西医常规治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical application and efficacy evaluation of bloodletting by puncturing collaterals combined with red light irradiation in the treatment of local swelling around ankle fractures.Methods According to the random number table method,98 patients with peri-ankle fractures were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic western medicine,while the observation group was treated with bloodletting by puncturing collaterals+red light irradiation on the basis of that,both for 5 consecutive days.The ankle swelling value,pain score,preoperative waiting time,average hospitalization days and the incidence of surgery-related complications were observed in the two groups after treatment,and the clinical excellent and good rate and the safety of the treatment plan were compared between the two groups.Results The ankle swelling value,pain score,preoperative waiting time,average hospitalization days and the incidence of surgical complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 79.59%,which was higher than 48.98%in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse acupuncture events and drug allergic reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Bloodletting by puncturing collaterals combined with red light irradiation can quickly relieve pain and reduce swelling before a surgery for peri-ankle fractures,and effectively solve the problems of severe preoperative pains,a long preoperative waiting and many surgical complications,whose clinical effect is significantly better than that of conventional western medicine alone.
