摘 要:煤化工企业在生产过程中会产生大量的废水,如果不做好废水处理工作将会对生态环境造成污染。应用零排放技术,可以增强废水处理的生态性。因此文章对煤化工废水零排放技术的应用现状、技术工艺以及技术优化进行了全面调查和分析。从调查结果来看,在应用煤化工废水零排放技术时出现了诸多问题,例如未明确有机废水与含盐废水的特点、成本较高等。为此,应灵活应用有机废水处理工艺、含盐废水处理工艺等技术工艺,并通过设置第二水源、分析废水特点等手段优化零排放技术,提高煤化工企业废水处理效率。Coal chemical enterprises will produce a large number of wastewater in the production process,if they do not do a good job in wastewater treatment will cause pollution to the ecological environment.The application of zero discharge technology can enhance the ecology of wastewater treatment,so this paper investigates and analysis on the application status,technology and technology optimization of zero discharge wastewater in coal chemical industry.According to the survey results,there are many problems in the application of zero discharge technology of coal chemical wastewater,such as the unclear characteristics and high cost of organic wastewater and saline wastewater.To this end,organic wastewater treatment process,salt wastewater treatment process should be flexibly applied,and through the setting of a second water source optimize the characteristics of wastewater and optimize zero discharge technology to improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment of coal chemical enterprises.
