摘　　要：现代仓储物流技术的发展推动了自动化立体仓库在各行业的广泛应用。化工物料的种类多、牌号多导致仓库占地面积大,传统的叉车堆垛、人工盘库的管理模式效率低、易出错,难以满足产业发展需求。文章介绍了自动化立体仓库的功能,详述了自动化立体库设计要点与实现途径。聚烯烃催化剂包装形式多样,通过基于产能的储存量预测,对各种包装形式所需的托盘数进行了分析,确定了货架平面布局,明确了各主要设备参数,完成了聚烯烃催化剂自动化立体仓库的设计。The development of modern warehousing and logistics technology has promoted the wide application of automated three-dimensional warehouses in various industries.Many kinds and brands of chemical products lead to large warehouse area.The traditional management mode of forklift stacking and manual inventory is inefficient and error prone,which is difficult to meet the needs of industrial development.This paper introduces the functions of automated three-dimensional warehouse,and details the design points and implementation ways of automated three-dimensional warehouse.Polyolefin catalyst has various packaging forms.Through the prediction of storage capacity based on capacity,the number of pallets required for various packaging forms is analyzed,the shelf layout is determined,the main equipment parameters are defined,and the design of polyolefin catalyst automated three-dimensional warehouse is completed.
