摘  要:仪表空气作为接收站远传阀门驱动气源,是接收站公用工程系统重要组成部分。经过实践发现,当仪表空气压缩机故障跳车或现场出现大量需要仪表空气的作业时,仪表空气管网压力持续降低,若干预不及时,有触发连锁引起LNG接收站全场跳车的风险。文章通过核算及总结实践经验,提出优化仪表空气流程设置及利用氮气跨接冗余两种可行的优化模式。Instrument air,as the remote valve drive air source of the receiving station,is an important part of the public works system of the receiving station.After practice,it is found that when the instrument air compressor fails to jump or a large number of operations that require instrument air occur on the spot,the pressure of the instrument air pipe network continues to decrease,and if the intervention is not timely,there is a risk of triggering the chain to cause the LNG receiving station to jump out of the whole field.Through accounting and summarizing practical experience,this paper proposes two feasible optimization modes for optimizing the air process settings of the instrument and using nitrogen span redundancy.
