水合氧化铝包覆钛白粉的工艺研究

摘　　要：为提升钛白粉综合性能需要进行表面处理,水合氧化铝包覆处理钛白粉是最常见的表面处理工艺之一,其主要技术工艺是将氯化法工艺生产的钛白粉浆料,采用沉淀法技术对其进行包覆处理。文章采用正交实验设计法优化工艺条件制备了水合氧化铝包膜的钛白粉,研究了酸碱度、温度、搅拌速度以及搅拌时间等工艺条件对水合氧化铝包膜钛白粉的影响,分析探讨了水合氧化铝包覆钛白粉的机理,并通过正交实验优化确定了水合氧化铝包覆钛白粉的最优工艺参数。并对最佳工艺条件下制备的钛白粉与未包覆的钛白粉进行应用性能的对比分析,验证了通过工艺条件优化制备的钛白粉具有良好的颜料应用性能。Titanium dioxide requires surface treatment to improve its comprehensive performance.Aluminum hydrate coating treatment of titanium dioxide is one of the most common surface treatment processes.Its main technical process is to cover the titanium dioxide slurry produced by chloride process and treat it by precipitation technology.In this paper,the titanium dioxide of alumina coating was prepared by orthogonal experimental design method,acidity,temperature,mixing speed and mixing time,the study and the optimal process parameters were determined by orthogonal experiment.The application performance of the titanium dioxide and coating coating analyzed.
