摘 要:精细化工厂工艺系统模块化设计可以通过对生产以及工艺技术的复制与优化,综合实际状况合理的设计应用,进而达到降低设计风险隐患,提升产品可靠性,增强设计质量的目的。在模块化的设计理念之下,对产品进行优化、重组有效降低了设计周期,实现规模化的个性化生产。在精细化工厂工艺系统中,应用模块化设计可以有效增强企业的创新能力,提升产品的科技含量,进而有效满足不同客户群体的不同需求。也在一定程度上缩短了产品的生产时间,提升了效率与质量,达到强化成本时间控制的目的,对产品的全生命周期中的成本、研发以及生产等各个环节进行了系统化的控制管理,在根本上实现了标准化、规模化以及模块化的生产。基于此,文章主要对精细化工厂工艺系统模块化设计进行了分析研究。The modular design of process system in fine chemical plant can reduce design risks and hidden problems,improve product reliability and enhance design quality through the replication and optimization of production and process technology,and reasonable design and application based on the actual situation.Under the modular design concept,the product optimization and reorganization effectively reduce the design cycle and realize the personalized production under the condition of scale.In the process system of fine chemical plant,the application of modular design can effectively enhance the innovation ability of enterprises,improve the technological content of products,and then effectively meet the different needs of different customer groups.At the same time,also to some extent,shorten the production time,improve the efficiency and quality,achieve the goal of strengthening cost control of time,for the product whole life cycle cost,research and development and production of each link has carried on the systematic management of control,fundamentally realizes standardization,scale and modular production.Based on this,the paper mainly analyzes and studies the modular design of process system in fine chemical plant.
