摘  要:外源性神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSC)移植已成为治疗中枢神经损伤的替代疗法,近年来国内外对此进行了一定研究。尽管目前的实验室和临床研究仍缺乏关于低氧阈刺激对NSC保护机制的有效证据,但提示低氧阈刺激是NSC体外扩增的可行手段,有着广阔的实验研究和临床应用前景,可以为临床提供理论基础。基于此,本文对低氧阈刺激对NSC增殖分化的促进作用进行综述。Exogenous neural stem cells(NSC)transplantation has become an alternative to the treatment of central nervous injuries,and this has been studied at home and abroad in recent years.Although the current laboratory and clinical research still lack effective evidence on the NSC protection mechanism of low oxygen threshold stimulation,suggesting that hypoxia threshold stimulation is a feasible approach of NSC in vitro amplification,providing a theoretical basis for clinical,with broad experimental research and clinical application prospects.Based on this,this article reviews the promotion effect of hypoxia threshold stimulation on NSC proliferation and differentiation.
