皮革技术MBR中控纤维膜生产废水处理设计及工程应用

摘　　要：某MBR膜组件厂的生产废水主要含DMAC(二甲基乙酰胺)、PVA(聚乙烯醇)、PEG(聚乙二醇)等高浓度有机污染物。通过水质调研,设计采用UASB+A/O+MBR组合工艺进行处理,运行数据显示,处理后的水质达到《污水排入城市下水道水质标准》(CJ 3082-99)。A MBR membrane assembly plant production and discharge wastewater main pollutants including DMAC(dimethyl acetamide),PVA(polyvinyl alcohol),PEG(polyethylene glycol)and other high concentration of organic pollutants.Through the water quality survey,the design adopts UASB+A/O+MBR combined process for treatment.The operation data show that the sewage discharged into《Urban Sewer Water Quality Standard》(CJ 3082-99)is reached after treatment.
