摘 要:涂装工业VOCs废气排放量大、成分复杂,所以废气末端治理不容忽视。近年来,沸石转轮+RTO蓄热焚烧工艺治理涂装工业VOCs废气得到了广泛应用,主要是该工艺结合了物理吸附和化学焚烧,有效提升了废气的治理效率。基于此,本文探讨了沸石转轮+RTO蓄热焚烧工艺在涂装废气治理中的应用,并结合实际案例分析了影响处理效率的因素以及应用限制条件等,以此为沸石转轮+RTO蓄热焚烧工艺在涂装废气治理领域的推广应用提供支持。Coating industry VOCs waste gas emissions,complex composition,so waste gas terminal treatment can not be ignored.In recent years,zeolite wheel+RTO heat storage incineration process has been widely used in the treatment of coating industry VOCs waste gas,mainly because the process combines physical adsorption and chemical incineration,which effectively improves the treatment efficiency of waste gas.Based on this,this paper discusses the application of zeolite rotor+RTO heat storage incineration process in the treatment of coating exhaust gas,and analyzes the influencing factors of treatment efficiency and application restrictions based on actual cases,in order to so as to provide support for the promotion and application of zeolite rotor+RTO heat storage incineration process in the treatment of coating exhaust gas.
