摘　　要：随着社会经济不断发展,环境保护问题与人类社会进步产生了难以调和的冲突。开展环境监测工作,可以有效缓解社会发展为环境带来的生态破坏、污染等问题。近年来,我国制定了污染物排放相关标准,加大了对企业生产中污染物排放和环境监测数据的监管力度。但是就环境监测质量控制现状来看,因管理体系不健全、人员素质水平较低等问题,导致了环境监测质量控制效果并不理想。基于此,环境监测人员要充分明确环境监测质量控制的作用,结合环境监测质量控制的要点、问题,根据实际情况分析环境监测质量控制的优化措施,从而为环境保护工作提供健全完善的环境监测质量控制手段。With the continuous development of social economy,environmental protection and human social progress has been difficult to contain the conflict.Carrying out environmental monitoring can effectively alleviate the ecological damage and environmental pollution caused by social development.In recent years,China has formulated relevant pollutant discharge standards,and strengthened the monitoring and control of pollutant discharge and environmental monitoring values in enterprises'production.But the current situation of environmental monitoring quality control,due to the imperfect management system,personnel quality level is relatively low,lead to the environmental monitoring quality control effect is not ideal,based on this,the environmental monitoring personnel to fully clear the role of environmental monitoring quality control,combined with the environmental monitoring quality control points,problems,according to the actual situation analysis optimization of environmental monitoring quality control measures,thus provide sound and perfect environmental monitoring quality control means for environmental protection work.
