摘  要:目的 :为解决传统光学医疗器械光斑直径测试方法存在的问题,设计一种高适应性的光斑直径测试系统。方法:该测试系统基于刀口扫描法设计,硬件主要由电动机控制器、刀口移动装置、高灵敏度功率计、光源固定装置及调节架和光阑等组成;光斑直径测试软件基于LabVIEW开发,采用C++语言编程。将中心波长为650 nm左右的半导体激光器作为待测光源,使用该测试系统与CCD相机(采用传统CCD法测试光斑直径)测试待测光源的光斑直径,验证该测试系统的准确性。结果:该测试系统测得的光斑直径为0.9 mm,CCD相机测得的光斑直径为0.924 9 mm,二者的测试结果接近。结论:该测试系统可以准确地测试光学医疗器械的光斑直径,能够满足绝大多数光源的测试需求。Objective To design a highly adaptable light field diameter test system of the optical medical equipment to eliminate the problems of traditional methods.Methods A light field diameter test system was established based on knife-edge scanning,whose hardware part was composed of a motor controller,a knife-edge moving mechanism,a high-sensitivity power meter,a light-source fixation mechanism,an adjusting frame and an aperture diaphragm,and software was developed with LabVIEW and C++language.A semiconductor laser with a center wavelength of about 650 nm was used as the light source to be tested.The system developed had its accuracy verified by comparing the results of the system and a CCD camera when used to detect the light field diameter of the light source.Results The system developed and CCD camera had close results of the light field diameter,which were 0.9 mm and 0.9249 mm,respectively.Conclusion The test system developed can detect the light field diameter of the optical medical equipment accurately and meet the testing needs of most light sources.
