摘  要:目的:设计一种基于Android平台的空运后送伤员救护信息系统,用于战时无网络环境下空运后送伤员救护信息的采集和管理。方法:该系统采用Java语言开发,数据库采用SQLite3,采用二维码、蓝牙等进行信息传递,并配套搭载Android平台的智能手持终端和便携式蓝牙打印机。整个系统由伤员医疗救护信息录入、救护信息扫描、救护信息管理、数据导入和系统设置5个模块组成。结果:该系统可以实现地面救护、空中转运和地面救护移交环节空运后送伤员的救护信息录入和管理,提高了伤员救护的时效性,降低了后送医疗救护的差错率。结论:该系统可迅速、准确地记录和管理空运后送伤员信息,为空运后送伤员后续治疗提供了有力的保障。Objective To develop an Android-based information system to collect and manage aero evacuation casualty care information without network support in wartime.Methods An Android-based information system was developed with Java language and SQLite3 database and equipped with an intelligent handheld terminal with Android platform and a portable Bluetooth printer,which used QR code and Bluetooth for information transmission.The system was composed of five modules for casualty care information input,care information scanning,care information management,data import and system setup.Results The system developed realized aero evacuation casualty care information input and management during steps of casualty ground treatment,aero transfer and ground handover,which enhanced the timeliness of casualty care and decreased the error rate of evacuation medical care.Conclusion The system developed can record and manage aero evacuation casualty information rapidly and accurately,which provides strong support for follow-up treatment of aero evacuation casualty.
