摘　　要：简要介绍了寒区的气候特点和药品保存要求,阐述了温区部队药品保障装备主要针对温区环境设计,缺少防寒保温措施,在急进寒区时无法满足高寒条件下药品运输、存储、转运和使用的要求。通过实地调研、综合文献分析并充分借鉴现有技术成果,提出了野战方舱药房建设构想,对解决温区保障分队急进寒区后药品保障重难点问题具有重要意义,可有效提高温区医疗保障分队急进寒区药品保障效率。The climate characteristics and drug preservation requirements were described briefly.It's pointed out that the drug supply equipment of the troops in warm zone had no cold insulation measures to transport,store and apply the drugs in case of rush entry into cold region.An idea for constructing field shelter pharmacy was proposed with field survey,literature analysis and references to the existing technical achievements so as to enhance the drug supply efficiency of the health service detachment rush entry into cold region from warm zone.
