摘 要:目的:为了节约成本、提高设备效益分析的准确性,设计一种简单实用的电能测量装置。方法:电能测量装置主要由直流电源模块、电能监测模块、显示模块、蓝牙模块组成。以Arduino平台为基础进行原理样机的开发,采用LP3773A电源控制芯片为核心设计直流电源模块,选用高精度的单相电能计量芯片HLW8032设计电能监测模块;选择0.96 in(1 in=25.4 mm)液晶屏作为显示模块,并附加LED灯,以显示Arduino主机获取的电能计量芯片的测量结果和设备使用状态;选用HC-06蓝牙模块将数据传输至手机上进行显示。结果:通过实验数据分析,合理设定阈值后,该电能测量装置能正确判断医疗设备是否处于工作状态,并可对设备工作时间进行自动统计。结论:该装置可实现对医疗设备工作状态的监测,为医疗设备效益分析提供了一种新的技术手段。Objective To design an electrical energy measurement device to save cost and improve the accuracy of equipment benefit analysis.Methods An electrical energy measurement device was designed consisting of a DC power supply module,an electrical energy monitoring module,a display module and a Bluetooth module.A prototype was developed based on Arduino platform,which used a LP3773A power control chip as the core unit to design the DC power supply module,a high-precision single-phase electrical energy measurement chip(HLW8032)to design the electrical energy monitoring module,a 0.96 in(1 in=25.4 mm)LCD with additional LEDs as the display module to show the measurement results of the power measurement chip and the usage status obtained by the Arduino host,a HC-06 Bluetooth module to transmit the data to the cell phone for display.Results Experimental data analysis showed that the electrical energy measuring device could correctly determine whether the medical equipment was in working condition in case the threshold value was set reasonably,and could count the working time of the equipment automatically.Conclusion The device designed enables the monitoring of the working status of medical equipment and provides a new technical means for its benefit analysis.
