摘　　要：围绕快闪存储器(闪存)产品和测试方法的标准化,介绍了国外和国内的闪存标准,并对标准的核心技术要素、适用范围及国内外标准差异等进行了研究,最后对闪存相关标准化工作的未来发展进行展望。Focusing on the standardization of flash memory and its test methods,foreign and domestic flash memory standards are introduced respectively,the core technical elements,the application of standards and the differences between domestic and foreign standards are analyzed.The further development of standardization activities related to flash memory is prospected.
