摘　　要：结合高速连接器的设计与制造,对连接器典型失效模式进行分析,从连接器客户端与制程端描述失效现象与原因,指出降低失效风险的结构设计要点与制程管控点等连接器设计时应重点考虑的要素。Combined with the design and manufacture of high-speed connectors,this paper analyzes the typical failure modes of connectors,describes the failure phenomena and causes from the use end and process end of connectors,and points out the key points of structural design and process control points to reduce the failure risk.These factors should be taken into account when designing connectors.
