摘 要:目的探讨卵巢癌组织中沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT-1)、CD44表达的临床价值。方法收集116例卵巢癌患者的癌组织及切缘阴性>1 cm的癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测组织中SIRT-1、CD44的表达情况。同时收集所有患者的临床病理资料。采用Spearman等级相关分析评估SIRT-1与CD44的相关性。结果卵巢癌组织SIRT-1、CD44表达阳性率均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。组织学分级G1级、国际妇产科联合会(FIGO)分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、浸润度T3~T4期、有淋巴结转移的卵巢癌患者癌组织SIRT-1、CD44阳性率分别高于G2~G3级、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、T1~T2期和无淋巴结转移的患者(P<0.05),不同年龄、病理类型和肿瘤直径患者SIRT-1、CD44阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析结果显示,卵巢癌组织SIRT-1表达与CD44表达呈正相关(r=0.721,P<0.001)。结论SIRT-1、CD44与卵巢癌发生、发展有关,或可作为评估卵巢癌患者病情的生物标志物。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of silence information regulator-1(SIRT-1)and CD44 in ovarian cancer tissues.Methods The cancer tissues and adjacent tissues with positive resection margin>1 cm from 116 patients with ovarian cancer were collected,and the expressions of SIRT-1 and CD44 were determined by immunohistochemistry.The clinicopathological data of all the patients were collected.The correlation between SIRT-1 and CD44 was assessed by Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results The expression positive rates of SIRT-1 and CD44 in ovarian cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).In the expression positive rates of SIRT-1 and CD44 in ovarian cancer tissues,there was no statistical significance in the different ages,disease types and tumor diameters(P>0.05),those of histological grade G1 were higher than those of G2-G3,those of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stageⅢ-Ⅳwere higher than those ofⅠ-Ⅱ,those of the infiltration degree T3-T4 were higher than those of T1-T2,and those with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman grade correlation analysis showed that SIRT-1 was positively correlated with CD44 expression in ovarian cancer tissues(r=0.721,P<0.001).Conclusions SIRT-1 and CD44 are related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer,or they can be the markers for the disease severity asseessment of ovarian cancer patients.
