摘  要:氧化法环己酮装置使用空气氧化和负压精馏工艺以及非纯氢苯加氢反应,产生的氧化尾气和精馏尾气、加氢尾气等VOCs气体外排时有机物浓度高,不满足法规标准,开展VOCs治理具有十分重要的意义。该文结合法规要求简要介绍了环己酮装置VOCs排放现状及特点,通过多维度比较优选了直接焚烧法路线处理VOCs气体,通过优化炉温控制方案和烟气换热流程提升VOCs处理装置经济性。VOCs处理装置投用后,外排VOCs符合法规要求,效益明显。In the oxidation cyclohexanone unit,due to the use of air oxidation and negative-pressure distillation process,and the oxidation tail gas,distillation tail gas,hydrogenation tail gas from the impure-benzene hydrogenation reaction,the concentration of organic matters in the VOCs gases discharged from the unit was high and failed to meet the regulatory standards.Therefore it is of great significance to carry out VOCs treatment.This paper briefly introduces the current situation and characteristics of VOCs emission from the cyclohexanone unit.Combined with the regulatory requirements,through multi-dimensional comparison,the direct incineration route is optimized to treat the VOCs gases.By optimizing the furnace temperature control scheme and heat exchange process,the economy of VOCs treatment unit is improved.After the VOCs treatment unit is put into operation,the discharged VOCs load can meet the regulatory requirements,and the benefit is obvious.
