等级医院评审对护理管理理念的提升和启示

摘　　要：国家推动公立医院高质量发展背景下,护理管理水平重要性凸显,等级医院评审能启发护理管理理念并提升管理水平。本文结合等级医院评审过程中存在问题及2轮模评专家和1轮正评专家意见,从护理管理的体系建设、制度建设、文件控制体系建设、质量体系建设以、持续质量改进、应急管理等方面,对提升护理管理内涵和水平的作用进行总结。公立医院应当充分认识与发挥医院评审对护理事业可持续发展的推动作用,以医院评审为契机,切实提升护理管理能力。In the context of the national promotion of high-quality development of public hospitals,the importance of nursing management level is highlighted,and the rank hospital appraisal can inspire nursing management concepts and improve management level.The article summarizes the role of improving the connotation and level of nursing management in terms of nursing management system construction,system management construction,document control system construction,quality and safety system construction and continuous quality improvement,taking into account the problems in the preparation process of the rank hospital appraisal and the rectification opinions of experts in 2 rounds of mock accreditation and 1 round of formal accreditation.Public hospitals should fully understand and give full play to the role of the rank hospital appraisal in promoting the sustainable development of nursing,and take the rank hospital appraisal as an opportunity to effectively improve nursing management capabilities.
