后疫情时代我院互联网医院在慢病管理的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨后疫情时代我院互联网医院在慢病管理的应用效果。方法2020年6月-2021年6月期间我院传统线下院外延伸服务的40例慢性病患者为对照组,同时期互联网医院问诊的40例慢性病患者为研究组。对比观察两组患者的生活质量评分、自我效能评分、饮食管理、运动习惯及服药依从性。结果研究组患者的生活质量评分及自我效能感评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,研究组患者的饮食习惯、运动习惯、服药依从性良好占比均高于对照组,数据差异均具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.361,5.822,8.142,P=0.014,0.031,0.012<0.05);两组生活习惯差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论后疫情时代我院互联网医院在慢病管理中应用效果良好,能够有效提高慢病管理质量,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To explore the application effect of our hospital’s Internet hospital in chronic disease management in the post-epidemic era.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,40 patients with chronic diseases in our hospital’s traditional offline and out-of-hospital extended services served as the control group,and 40 patients with chronic diseases who were interviewed by the Internet hospital during the same period served as the study group.The quality of life score,self-efficacy score,diet management,exercise habits and medication compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life scores and self-efficacy scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in addition,the proportions of the patients in the study group who had good eating habits,exercise habits,and medication compliance were higher than those of the control group,and the data differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.361,5.822,8.142,P=0.014,0.031,0.012<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in living habits between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the post-epidemic era,the Internet hospital of our hospital has a good application effect in chronic disease management,which can effectively improve the quality of chronic disease management,and is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
