摘　　要：目的通过分析住培医师年度考核结果,探讨住院医师规范化培训的效果,为住院医师规范化培训专业基地建设提供理论基础。方法选取2017-2021年某大型三甲公立医院G的放射科住培基地住培医师的年度考核结果作为研究对象,以年度考核各项成绩为因变量,住培医师的学历背景、人员身份和培训年限为自变量进行分析。结果年度考核结果不受住培医师的学历背景和人员身份的影响。培训年限的增加是住培医师的病历书写考核、理论考核以及专业基地综合评价提高的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训对住院医师临床能力的同质化提高有积极影响。Objective By analyzing the results of the annual assessment of resident physicians,to explore the training effect of standardized training for residents,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of a professional base for standardized training of resident physicians.Methods The annual assessment results of resident physicians from 2017 to 2021 of a large grade A public hospital G were selected as the research subjects,the annual assessment results were the dependent variables,and the educational background,personnel status and training years were analyzed as the independent variables.Results The results of the annual assessment are not affected by the academic background and identity of the resident physicians.The increase of training years is the influencing factor for the improvement of medical record writing assessment,theoretical assessment and comprehensive evaluation of professional bases of training physicians(P<0.05).Conclusion Resident physicians’standardized training has a positive impact on the homogenization improvement of their clinical ability.
