新生儿肠外营养的临床药学服务模式的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在新生儿重症监护室开展肠外营养临床药学服务的工作及切入点。方法结合新生儿生长发育的特点,临床药师自主设计新生儿肠外营养管理计算公式,指导并审核肠外营养医嘱,对新生儿进行肠外营养监护。结果临床药师以新生儿肠外营养管理公式为工作切入点,开展新生儿肠外临床药学服务工作。结论临床药师在新生儿重症监护室的肠外营养临床药学服务中具有重要作用,为开展其他药学服务工作打好基础。Objective To explore the work and entry point of clinical pharmacists carrying out clinical pharmaceutical care of parenteral nutrition in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods According to the characteristics of neonatal growth and development,clinical pharmacists independently designed the calculation formula of neonatal parenteral nutrition management,guided and reviewed the parenteral nutrition doctor’s advice,and monitored the neonatal parenteral nutrition.Results Clinical pharmacists took the neonatal parenteral nutrition management formula as the starting point to carry out the clinical pharmaceutical care.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the clinical pharmaceutical care of parenteral nutrition in NICU,which lays a good foundation for other pharmaceutical services.
