动物医学专业产教融合育人模式的探索

摘　　要：该文阐述了新农科教育背景下产教融合应用型人才培养的依据,分析了当前动物医学专业人才培养的瓶颈,以地方高校福建农林大学金山学院为例,提出“互信五共”的育人模式,在高校与企(行)业相互信任的基础上,在人才培养顶层设计、特色课程、实践体系、产业特色班、以赛促建等方面进行“共商、共建、共享、共育、共评”的有益探索,为校企协同育人方面提供应用型人才培养的新案例、新样本,为同类院校提供有益借鉴。Under the background of the New Agricultural Education,this paper addresses the base for cultivating the application-oriented talents by integrating industry and education,and analyses the bottleneck of talent training of Veterinary Medicine specialty.Taking Jinshan College of FAFU as a case,the paper proposes“the Fifth Trust and Fifth Co-”talent training pattern,i.e.exploring“consultation,co-building,sharing,co-education and co-assessing”in respect of the macro-design of talent fostering,the characteristic courses,the practical teaching system,the industrial characteristic classes,development by competition and so on under mutual trust between colleges and enterprises.It provides an example for the similar specialties in similar colleges and universities nationwide.
