摘　　要：目的构建家庭参与式早产儿预出院病房护理质量评价指标体系,为家庭参与式早产儿预出院病房提供科学、可靠的护理质量评价工具。方法以“三维质量结构”模式为理论依据,通过文献回顾、半结构访谈、德尔菲法及层次分析法,确定家庭参与式早产儿预出院病房护理质量评价指标体系的内容和各指标的权重。结果2轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家的权威系数为0.920、0.942,肯德尔和谐系数为0.229、0.151,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终形成的家庭参与式早产儿预出院病房护理质量评价指标包括一级指标3项,二级指标15项,三级指标63项。结论该研究构建的家庭参与式早产儿预出院病房护理质量评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,可为家庭参与式早产儿预出院病房的护理质量评价和规范化管理提供参考依据。Objective To construct the nursing quality evaluation system for family integrated pre-discharge ward of premature infants to provide scientific and reliable nursing quality evaluation tool for it. Method Determine the content and weight of each indicator in nursing quality evaluation system for family integrated pre-discharge ward of premature infants through literature review, semi-structure interview, the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process based on the theoretical basis of three-dimensional quality structure model. Result The effective recovery rates of two rounds of questionnaires are both 100%. The authority coefficients of experts are 0.920 and 0.942. The Kendall’s coefficients are 0.229 and 0.151. The difference is significant(P<0.05). The nursing quality evaluation system for family integrated pre-discharge ward of premature infants constructed finally includes 3 first-level indicators, 15 second-level indicators and 63 third-level indicators. Conclusion The nursing quality evaluation system for family integrated pre-discharge ward of premature infants constructed in this research is highly scientific and reliable, which can provide references for nursing quality evaluation and standardized management of family integrated pre-discharge ward of premature infants.
