摘  要:纵梁类拉伸模其特点是拉伸深度深,模具工作型面为镶块式结构,由于纵梁冲压件为汽车高强度结构件,生产使用的板料厚。模具磨损严重后需要复制,维修成本高且复制后的镶块尺寸精度很难控制。以汽车冲压轮罩类、纵梁类拉伸模为例,介绍了拉伸模结构优化、生产过程质量控制、模具预防性维护、新工艺探索验证。The longitudinal beam drawing die is characterized by deep drawing depth, and the working surface of the die is an insert structure. Because the longitudinal beam stamping parts are high-strength structural parts of automobiles, the sheet used in production is thick. The mold needs to be copied after severe wear, so the maintenance cost is high and the dimensional accuracy of the copied insert is difficult to control. Taking the drawing dies of automobile stamping wheel covers and longitudinal beams as examples, the structure optimization of drawing dies, quality control of production process, preventive maintenance of dies and exploration and verification of new processes were introduced.
