摘　　要：通过预加速在斜楔滑块中的应用分析,提出了预加速设计的必要性,从结构特点,应用情况,参数设计,预加速行程图设计等方面进行详细阐述,让模具设计者对预加速在滑块中的应用有更深的理解与掌握,供设计者与同行参考。This paper analyzes the necessity of pre-acceleration design in the wedge slider,which is settled in detail from structural characteristics,application,parameter design,preacceleration travel chart,etc.,so that the die designer is the application of pre-acceleration in the slider has a deeper understanding and master,for designers and peers reference.
