摘　　要：对于多排引脚交叉SOP塑封产品,其分离需采用双层分离,产品收纳主要采用全自动装管方式。为保证产品能顺利装入料管,需采用可靠的料管定位、正反检测机构。料管一般采用不对称设计,因此,料管定位时,要有料管防反、料管排出功能。同时,产品进入料管后,满料管收纳过程中,产品不能从料管中掉落,且滑道要有储存产品的功能。For multi-row pin cross SOP sealing products,double layer separation shall be used for product separation,and automatic tube loading shall be mainly used for product storage.In order to ensure that the products can be smoothly loaded into the tube,it is necessary to use reliable tube positioning,positive and negative detection institutions. The material pipe generally adopts asymmetric design,so when the material pipe positioning,there should be the material pipe anti-reverse,material pipe discharge function. At the same time,after the product enters the material tube,the product cannot fall from the material tube in the process of filling the material tube,and the slide should have the function of storing the product.
