摘  要:介绍了注射模上一种简单的自动切浇口结构。利用塑件材料特性,在延迟顶出结构的基础上,先旋转塑件,后差动顶出塑件和凝料,实现在模具上自动切断侧浇口,解决了延迟顶出结构的缺点,切断浇口所需的力较小,不会对塑件质量造成不良影响。This paper introduces a simple structure of auto-cutting edge gate in an injection mold.Based on the material characteristics of plastic parts and the delayed ejection structure,the plastic parts are rotated first and then the plastic parts and freezing material are ejected in a differential mechanism,so that the edge gate can be cut off automatically in the mold.This structure solves the problem of delayed ejection structure.In addition,the force required to cut off the edge gate is smalltherefore having no adverse impact on the quality of the plastic parts.
