摘  要:对比试验了Cr12锻造圆钢采用添加稀土、不同的锭型、不同的锻比对大块碳化物尺寸的影响,试验结果表明:①添加稀土改善塑性后,通过增加锻造单道次变形量,可减小碳化物尺寸;②在变形条件及锻比一定时,扁锭的大块碳化物尺寸小于八角锭;③若通过增加钢锭截面积提高锻比,大块碳化物尺寸先随之减小后随之增加,最佳锻比约5.0。The effects of rare earth addition,different ingot shapes and different forging ratios on the size of large carbide in Cr12 forged round steel are compared.The test results show that:①after adding rare earth to improve plasticity,the size of carbide can be reduced by increasing the deformation of single forging pass②When the denaturation condition and forging ratio are fixed,thesize of large carbide in flat ingot is smaller than that in octagonal ingot.③If the forging ratiois increased by increasing the cross-sectional area of ingot,the size of large carbide first decreases and then increasesand the best forging ratio isabout 5.0.
