摘  要:[目的]为解决传统工艺制备23%高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂刺激性大、游离含量高、稳定差等问题。[方法]采用以聚脲为囊壁材料,界面聚合为反应方法,并结合微通道反应器连续化工艺。[结果]制得囊型良好、粒径3~5μm、分布均匀、悬浮率90%以上、贮存性能稳定的产品。[结论]微通道反应器制备23%高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂技术满足产品质量一致性、产品化学结构的可控设计、精准控制、本质安全、环保绿色制造的需要。[Aims] This study aims to solve the problems of traditional preparation of lambda-cyhalothrin 23%microcapsule suspension with strong irritation, high free content and poor stability, etc. [Methods] Polyurea was used as the capsule wall material, interfacial polymerization was used as the reaction method combined with the micro-channel reactor continuous process. [Results] The product was prepared with good capsule shape, particle size of 3-5 μm, uniform distribution, suspension rate of above 90% and stable storage performance. [Conclusions] The technology of preparation of lambda-cyhalothrin 23% CS by microchannel reactor meets the needs of product quality consistency, controllable design of product chemical structure, precise control, essential safety, environmental protection and green manufacturing.
