摘 要:以内蒙古区域某660MW超临界燃煤机组为例,介绍了为实现配套新能源建设的煤电机组灵活性改造项目研究。通过最低稳燃负荷试验,确定最低稳燃负荷为198MW(30%额定负荷)。在198MW负荷测试脱硝系统入口烟温,统计330MW、264MW、198MW负荷抽汽温度,试验结果表明:脱硝系统入口烟温最低值为270℃,烟温偏低、低负荷下低压缸存在鼓风现象、低负荷给水流量测量误差大、低负荷部分控制系统功能无法投入自动等。针对上述问题提出了灵活性改造方案,主要包括锅炉、汽轮机和热控三部分。锅炉部分主要是宽负荷脱硝改造、空预器防硫酸氢铵堵塞改造、引风机动叶密封改造、水平烟道吹灰器改造等;汽轮机部分主要是低压缸温度监测系统改造、空冷岛温度监测系统改造、空冷岛部分冷却风机加装自动封堵装置等;热控部分主要是给水流量测量装置改造、低负荷控制系统逻辑优化等。结果表明,灵活性改造完成后可以实现198MW至BMCR工况不同负荷下脱硝系统入口烟温达到300℃及以上、脱硝系统可以连续投运,空预器硫酸氢铵不跨层沉积、有效解决空预器硫酸氢铵堵塞问题,引风机动叶密封风量充足、解决动叶卡涩问题,吹灰器可以覆盖水平烟道部位、解决锅炉存在的积灰、塌灰等问题,可以监视汽轮机鼓风态流场特性的温度变化情况,实现空冷岛防冻预警、优化空冷岛运行方式。通过灵活性改造最低稳燃负荷由50%额定负荷降至30%额定负荷,新增132MW深度调峰调节能力,配套的新能源规模为风电150MW、光伏50MW。并进行了财务评价,灵活性改造项目和配套新能源项目资本金内部收益率为9.78%,效益显著。按火电灵活性改造新增调节能力配套建设新能源在投资收益上是可行的,新能源资源丰富的区域可以考虑推广该方法。Flexibility reform of thermal power has become an important method to accommodate new energy.Taking a 660MW supercritical unit in Inner Mongolia as an example,the research on flexibility reform of thermal power matching the construction of new energy was presented.The minimum load for stable combustion was determined as 198MW(30%rated load)by the test of minimum load for stable combustion.The inlet flue gas temperatures of denitration system were tested at 198MW,and the extraction temperatures were counted at 330MW,264MW and 198MW loads.The test results show that the lowest inlet flue gas temperatures of denitration system was 270℃,moreover,windage blowing phenomenon of low pressure cylinder under low load,large measurement error of feedwater flow under low load,some control system functions could not be put into automatic operation under low load,etc.According to the states mentioned above,the flexibility reform schemes were put forward,which mainly included three parts:boiler,steam turbine and thermal control.The mainly reform schemes of boiler were wide load denitrification reform,air preheater ammonium bisulfate blockage reform,moving blade of induced draft fan seal reform and soot blower of horizontal flue reform.The mainly reform schemes of steam turbine were low pressure cylinder temperature monitoring system reform,air-cooled island temperature monitoring system reform and part cooling fan of air-cooled island adding auto-sealing device reform.The mainly reform schemes of thermal control were feedwater flow measurement reform and optimization of control system under low load.After the flexibility reform,under different loads from 198MW to BMCR,the inlet flue gas temperatures of denitration system could reach 300℃and above.The denitration system could be continuously put into operation.The ammonium bisulfate deposition areas were completely controlled at the cold end elements.The ammonium bisulfate blockage of the air preheater was solved completely.The sealing air flow of the moving blade was sufficie
