摘 要:为了缓解脱硝反应器内局部氨氮摩尔比不匹配,介绍了喷氨优化调整方法,并结合某厂600MW超临界燃煤机组喷氨格栅(AIG)改造,给出涡流静态混合式AIG和分区控制式AIG下烟气脱硝系统喷氨支管喷氨覆盖面与出口测点位置的对应关系。试验结果表明,500MW负荷下,烟囱出口NO_(x)质量浓度值控制在40mg/m^(3)左右,通过对涡流静态混合式AIG进行喷氨优化调整,脱硝反应器两侧出口NO_(x)质量浓度分布不均匀度分别由72.8%、90.3%下降至39.3%、40.2%;氨逃逸体积浓度分别由2.39μL/L、2.97μL/L下降至0.97μL/L、0.96μL/L。通过对分区控制式AIG进行喷氨优化调整,脱硝反应器两侧出口NO_(x)质量浓度分布不均匀度分别由36.2%、45.4%下降至13.2%、18.8%;氨逃逸体积浓度分别由0.78μL/L、1.05μL/L下降至0.57μL/L、0.68μL/L。结果表明,分区控制式AIG效果优于涡流静态混合式AIG,研究结果为燃煤机组脱硝系统喷氨格栅改造提供参考和借鉴。In order to alleviate the mismatch of local NH_(3)/NO_(x) molar ratio in denitrification reactor,the optimal method of the ammonia injection is introduced.Combined with the revamping of Ammonia Injection Grid.AIG of a 600MW supercritical coal fired unit in a certain plant,the relationship between ammonia injection coverage of ammonia injection branch pipe and the position of outlet measuring point in denitrification system under the vortex static hybrid AIG and the partition-controlled AIG is presented,respectively.The experimental results show that the mass concentration of NO_(x) at the outlet of the chimney is controlled at about 40mg/m^(3) under the load of 500MW.In the optimization for vortex static hybrid AIG,the uneven distribution of NO_(x) mass concentration at the outlet of both sides of the denitrification reactor is reduced from 72.8%and 90.3%to 39.3%and 40.2%,respectively.The volume concentration of ammonia escape decreased from 2.39μL/L,2.97μL/L to 0.97μL/L,0.96μL/L,respectively.In the optimization for partition controlled AIG,the uneven distribution of NO_(x) mass concentration at the outlet of denitrification reactor decreased from 36.2%and 45.4%to 13.2%and 18.8%,respectively.As a result,the volume concentration of ammonia escape decreased from 0.78μL/L,1.05μL/L to 0.57μL/L and 0.68μL/L,respectively.The results show that the effect of partition-controlled AIG is better than that of vortex static hybrid AIG,which can be used as a reference for improving the transformation of ammonia injection grille of denitrification system in coal-fired unit.
