摘  要:为考察各种复杂测试环境对便携式烟气分析仪测量低浓度SO_(2)和NO稳定性的表现,开展了SO_(2)和NO的9种浓度测量准确度实验,同时设计了包括高低温、不同湿度和外部振动等因素组合而成的9种测试环境,进行SO_(2)和NO测量稳定性对比,分析影响便携式烟气分析仪稳定性的因素。实验结果表明:DOAS便携式烟气分析仪对低浓度SO_(2)和NO测量准确度相对较低,测量相对误差在±5%以上,测量准确度随SO_(2)和NO标气浓度升高而有所提高,测量相对误差可降至±2%以下。低温和高温设备贮存环境均对75mg/m^(3) SO_(2)量程浓度测量的稳定性产生不利影响,测量绝对误差分别为2.84mg/m^(3)和2.64mg/m^(3)。相较于SO_(2)测量,DOAS便携式烟气分析仪在测量NO过程中可以更好地适应复杂测试环境。低浓度SO_(2)和NO的测量稳定性在多种测试环境下均相对较差,且外部振动环境条件的影响最大,测量示值误差分别为2.8%和1.3%。DOAS便携式烟气分析仪针对复杂测试现场环境下准确稳定测量低浓度SO_(2)和NO污染物的性能仍有提升空间。In order to investigate the influence of various complex test environments on the measurement stability of portable flue gas analyzers for low concentrations of SO_(2) and NO,measurement accuracy experiments of SO_(2) and NO in 9 kinds of concentrations were carried out.9 test environments,including high and low temperature,different humidity and external vibration,were designed to test the measurement stability of SO_(2) and NO.The factors affecting the measurement stability of the portable flue gas analyzer were analyzed.The results showed that the measurement accuracy of low-concentration SO_(2) and NO based on the DOAS portable flue gas analyzer was relatively low,and the relative measurement error was more than±5%.The measurement accuracy increased with the rise of SO_(2) and NO standard gas concentration,which could be reduced to less than±2%.Both low and high temperature storage environment could significantly-adversely affect the measurement stability of the 75mg/m^(3) SO_(2),and the absolute errors were 2.84mg/m^(3) and 2.64mg/m^(3),respectively.Compared with SO_(2) measurement,DOAS portable flue gas analyzer could better adapt to complex test environment during NO measurement.The measurement stability of low-concentration SO_(2) and NO was relatively inferior in various test environments,and the external vibration environment had the greatest influence on the measurement indication errors,which were 2.8%and 1.3%,respectively.The performance of DOAS portable flue gas analyzer for accurate and stable measurement of low-concentration SO_(2) and NO pollutants in complex environment still needs to be further improved.
